Shipping Information

Items are made to order, so again, please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be shipped. If you are dealing with a time-sensitive order (gift, for a trip, etc.), please feel free to email beforehand to get a real-time estimate for completion of your order. 

*Canada post has suspended guaranteed delivery times due to COVID. Please understand that once your order is shipped, there is nothing we can do about the location/shipping time of your package. 

These are the options:

 

Domestic

• $4 Untracked oversized Lettermail: This option is for linen items that can fit in an oversized envelope. This option is UNTRACKED. Not recommended for orders of higher value
• $13 Tracked Standard Shipping: This option is available on all orders and includes up to $100 in insurance as well as TRACKING. This is the recommended option by the LEKKO team.
• FREE LOCAL PICKUP: If you live/work/are passing through the area, porch pickup is available in central Hamilton. You will receive an email when  your order is ready for pickup.

 

United States

• $8 Small Packet: This option has no guaranteed delivery date by Canada Post. This option is UNTRACKED. Not recommended for orders of higher value.
• $15 Tracked Standard Shipping: Canada Post quotes a 9 business day delivery time on this option, which can vary from state to state. Recommended shipping option by the LEKKO life goods team. 

 

 

After an item is shipped, LEKKO life goods is not liable for lost/stolen items. If you selected an insured/tracked option that has been lost, we will work with you to recover the item and/or its value from Canada Post.
